EX-SUPREME COURT JUSTICE REFLECTS ON 2005 MINN. GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

Retired Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Ed Stringer was appointed special master during Minnesota's 2005 partial government shutdown. He was in charge of deciding which state government services were too important to shut down, and which ones weren't.
