EX-ERAP LAWYER TO PRACTICE AGAIN

The Supreme Court has recalled its order suspending Allan Paguia, who served as lawyer of deposed President Joseph Estrada during the plunder trial, after he accused the 15-member bench of political partisanship when they swore into power former President Gloria Arroyo during the EDSA II revolt in 2001.
