Emily Riordan Lucibello

Biographical Information

Attorney Lucibello is the Managing Partner of Riordan, Cutting & Shore, LLP. She practices in several of the Judicial District (J.D.) courts in Connecticut, as well as the Geographical Area (G.A.) courts, primarily handling complex criminal matters, divorce and custody disputes, and considerable business litigation matters. Attorney Lucibello also serves as a Special Public Defender in both Hartford and Milford courts.

Prior to founding the firm in 2009, Attorney Lucibello worked as an associate attorney at a Hartford law firm. During law school, Attorney Riordan held other significant legal positions, including a clerking position for a prominent New Haven litigation firm, and an internship for the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, where she assisted with high-profile, multimillion dollar disputes.

Attorney Lucibello's interest in the legal profession began while she was attending the University of Connecticut, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While attending UConn, she served as a Hearing Officer on the Peer Judicial Board, and was an active member of the Law and Business Society in its inaugural year. Attorney Lucibello subsequently received her Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she served as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association and also chaired the Alumni Relations committee.
