Edie Marie Suhr

Biographical Information

Edie Marie Suhr, B.A. Loyola Marymount University, J.D. Southwestern University School of Law (1997). Edie practices primarily in the areas of real estate, commercial development and corporate transactions.

Prior to co-founding Fisher & Suhr, P.C., she was a shareholder at Fisher, Sweetbaum, Levin & Sands. Edie has extensive experience representing developers, real estate investors, telecommunication providers, property managers, landlords and tenants in real estate transactions throughout the country.

In 2010, she was named in Colorado "Super Lawyers" by Law & Politics magazine. This designation is given to the top 5% of attorneys in Colorado, based on peer recognition and professional achievement. Edie has been given an "A-V" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical standards.

Prior to her law career, Edie worked for Nichimen America, Inc., one of the largest international trade companies. While at Nichimen, she developed a strong business background, learning to communicate and conduct negotiations with people of various countries and backgrounds; a skill that continues to assist her today in negotiations and business transactions.
