(Boston, Mass. - Mar. 15, 2011) - Since 1982, EPA has been cleaning PCB and heavy metal contamination from the sediment of New Bedford Harbor to restore the resource to a condition which can once again safely serve the communities of Acushnet, Fairhaven, Dartmouth and New Bedford, Mass
