Biographical Information

Over his twenty-year career David Landers worked as a trial lawyer for insurance companies before establishing his own practice. He is an active trial attorney and has been involved in litigating a myriad of matters from routine negligence and commercial claims to complex liability and catastrophic injury cases. He routinely represents individuals and clients in courts throughout Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.

During his career David has served as lead counsel in more than sixty jury trials in various jurisdictions, representing individuals as well as Fortune 500 Companies. In recognition of his extensive jury trial experience, David was elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates.

David is a native of the Kansas City area. He obtained his undergraduate degree from William Jewell College in 1984 and his law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1987. While at the University of Tulsa College of Law he received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic achievement.
