My name is David Reyes. I am a criminal defense attorney with over twenty-seven years of criminal law experience. As a former Federal and State prosecutor, my clients get strong representation from an experienced trial attorney.

My background is truly unique. After graduating from law school, I became a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I worked in several states conducting a variety of criminal investigations. After my career as an FBI agent, I was an Assistant Hennepin County Attorney and then an Assistant United States Attorney.

Over ten years ago, I founded Sabby & Reyes Law Offices to help individuals accused in criminal matters. My practice focuses exclusively on Federal and State Criminal Defense. I represent clients charged in Federal and State Courts through all stages of the criminal process, commencing with investigations and following through trial. I have extensive trial experience ranging from DWI/DUI and traffic cases to complex state and federal criminal cases, including murders and federal white collar cases.

My experience provides me with the ability to analyze every case with the background knowledge of law enforcement, prosecution and criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts. I have successfully tried hundreds of cases. I have argued before the Eighth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have obtained numerous acquittals and dismissals in a wide variety of cases. I represent people from all walks of life and achieve excellent results for those I represent.
