David Reinherz

Biographical Information

David Reinherz ("Dave") is the managing attorney of the Reinherz and Reinherz Law Offices. After growing up in the family business and helping out over the years, Dave officially joined the practice as an attorney in 1998, licensed in PA and NJ, and has worked in the practice since that time. Since 2006, Dave has managed the law firm and expanded the business into South Jersey.

The practice is now primarily focused on bankruptcy and domestic relations/family law, where it can best help people through some difficult times. Providing a Fresh Start from debt issues and with family problems in a fast, affordable, and efficient manner is our main goal.

Dave Reinherz was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey Bars immediately after graduating from Widener Law School in 1998. Within the Family law and debt relief areas of law, Dave also does some work for some outside companies. Dave is a Certified Divorce Mediator, doing Divorce Mediation work for Stanley Harmon and Associates, managing the Pennsylvania mediation with an attorney/mediator in the PA suburbs working under his guidance. Credit defense work is another area that Dave handles as an Of Counsel attorney for The Law Offices of Victor W. Luke, APLC.

He earned his undergraduate degree at Dickinson College, graduating in 1995 with a BA in political science.

Dave enjoys managing the family business and working with father-Bob and brother-Dan.

Away from work, Dave spends much time with his family and enjoys sports/fitness.
