Prague - Czech Social Democrat (CSSD) chairman Jiri Paroubek criticised the Constitutional Court's decision to postpone its verdict on the Lisbon treaty by one week, while Civic Democrat (ODS) head Mirek Topolanek said the court's step was not surprising.
