Biographical Information

Christopher C. Melcher is a partner in the family law firm of Walzer & Melcher LLP in Woodland Hills. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on complex family law litigation and the preparation of premarital agreements. He is Chair of the California State Bar Family Law Section for the 2011-2012 term, and serves as a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the State Bar of California. He is a regular continuing legal education lecturer on family law issues statewide, and the author of several articles and treatise chapters on financial issues in family law proceedings.
