CHESCO CONTRACTOR AGREES TO SETTLEMENT

A Chester County contractor accused of performing "shoddy, substandard work" has reached a settlement with authorities, the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection said Monday in a news release. John Heaton, president of J. Heaton General Contracting L.L.C. of Berwyn, agreed to pay $23,500 in restitution and fines and discontinue his improper work practices, including the use of ...
