Biographical Information

A lifelong resident of Illinois and graduate of Buffalo Grove High, I graduated from the U of I Champaign/Urbana in 1984 and obtained my law degree from the The John Marshall Law School in Chicago with HIGHEST DISTINCTION. After working as an associate attorney for Ross & Hardies for 3 years in commercial and casualty defense litigation I started my own practice in April of 1991. For the past 20 years I have represented individuals and businesses in various areas of the law including personal injury, probate administration and contested estates, commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. I am also an adjunct Professor of Probate and Estates at College of Lake County.
