CAMARILLO MAN APPEALING HARASSMENT CASE TO SUPREME COURT

Even though the jury sided with him, James Stevens is still seeking justice. In 2006 a jury awarded the Camarillo man $18.4 million in his case against Vons claiming sexual harassment by a co-worker.
