Biographical Information

Brian's legal experience began in administrative positions at a small firm that specialized in construction litigation. Brian left the firm to concentrate his practice in domestic law.

In April 2010, Kunin & Carman was fortunate to have Brian join its firm. His passion for family law is evident in his interaction with the clients and his handling of their cases. Brian has experience in all aspects of the Nevada family law process, including trial litigation in both divorce and child custody matters.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. As a visit to his office will show, Brian is also an avid Batman fan, an interest he shares with his son.
