100% permanent disability settlement against the Subsequent Injuries Fund will give my client $490 per week from 1999 and continuing for life. No court appearance needed for my client.

$133,333 Settlement - Workers' Compensation

I represented the minor child of a worker who died in a work related auto accident. Defendant denied it was work related. We settled for $133,333,33 for the minor child. This will get her through college.

$125,000 Verdict - Social Security

Case was denied twice by Social Security before trial. We tried the case and lost so we appealed the decision. The case was retried and we won the second trial. My client got over 4 years of retroactive benefits plus Medi-Cal benefits.

I took on a denied liability case and wound up settling it for over $120,000.00 plus payment of self-procured medical treatment.

Dispute over whether new legal theory of Ogilvie applied to this case. We tried the case and increased the value from a 12% Award to a 45% Award. Trial Judge has cited this case as a prime example of how to try an Ogilvie case.

Employer failed to make final payroll payments to my client. We tried the case before the Labor Commission and got back wages, vacation pay and penalties for my client.
