After a jury trial in the state Superior Court, a twelve person jury returned an unanimous verdict in favor of Chief Vann in the total amount of $289.001.00. The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the verdict on appeal. |

The four cocaine delivery charges would have resulted in a lifetime prison sentence if the client was convicted. After a twelve-person jury heard all the evidence, including the admissions of the accusing police officer that the transactions could have been video and audio recorded but were not, the jury found the gentleman Not Guilty of all charges. |
