Biographical Information

The focus of Aurelius Robleto's practice has always been commercial bankruptcy. He has represented debtors, creditors and served as special counsel to prosecute claims on behalf of bankruptcy trustees. As Aure's career evolved, he delved into commercial litigation, contract and dispute negotiation and predatory lending matters. During his time in Southern West Virginia, Aure used his work on a very large coal bankruptcy as a springboard to represent parties in energy disputes.

Aure earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh in December 2004. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has formerly served as an associate at Campbell & Levine, LLC, a bankruptcy firm in Pittsburgh as well as Bailey & Glasser, LLP in Charleston, WV. Aure maintains excellent working relationships with lawyers at both of his former firms.

Ever ambitious and entrepreneurial, Aure decided that it was time to run his own practice. At present, Robleto Law represents corporate and individual clients in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Aure attended Saint Vincent College where he majored in History with a minor in Computer Science. Mr. Robleto has spoken to groups of at-risk teens, volunteered for YMCA benefit projects and became involved in a partnership with the United Way while working with United Parcel Service as a senior computer technician.
