ATTLEBORO CONSIDERS $100K SETTLEMENT FOR TEEN

A Massachusetts high school student whose wrist was broken when she was arrested by police has agreed to a $100,000 settlement.Esther Durex, a 17-year-old Attleboro High School honor student, said she was struck multiple times when she was stopped and questioned after leaving a party in October 2008.
