ASTOR JUDGE PLANS TO ASK JURY IF IT HAS ANY VERDICT

Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- The judge presiding over the trial of Anthony Marshall , accused of defrauding his mother, late New York socialite and philanthropist Brooke Astor , plans to ask the jury if it has reached a verdict on any charges against him or an attorney charged in the case.
