After almost a year of litigation in Federal Court Alex Hattimer settled a wrongful death case for the insurance policy limits ($500,000) despite police concluding the deceased plaintiff was primarily at fault.

$18,500 Verdict - Personal Injury

The judge entered a directed verdict on liability and the jury awarded damages for pain and suffering equal to the total medical damages allowed. Injuries were soft tissue and all treatment was performed by a chiropractor.
